Neighborhood Vendor Discount Cards

In prior issues of Newsbites, we announced that many of our local vendors agreed to provide discounts to members of BAHA on their products and services. Member cards (to show to the vendors to receive the discounts) were mailed out recently. It has come to our attention that some members may not have received their card. If that is the case, please email us at [email protected] and we will mail you another card. As a reminder, here are the vendors and their discounts:

Offering BAHA members a 15% discount on all services and goods are:

Offering BAHA members a 10% discount on all services and goods are:

• Bel Air Foods
• Bel Air Nails and Hair Salon
• Joanie and Leigh's Cakes

Peekaboo Playland will offer BAHA members $1 off on an Open Play Visit (normally $11). The hours for Open Play are Mon-Thur 10-6 and Fri 10-5.

Tree Public, a residential and commercial solar installation company, is offering a 10% discount on solar installation for a member’s home. In addition, if the member installs solar in their home, Tree Public will install, at no charge, an electric vehicle charging station. Contact Omar Nasser at 310-849-0200.

Pinkham Estates Realty, is offering to pay the flat escrow fees, when they sell a member’s property (David Pinkham estimates this savings, which depends on sale price, could be in the range from $2,000.00 to $4,000.00). On the other hand, if Pinkham Estates Realty is involved in purchase of property in Bel Air Hills, they will pay the first year’s dues for membership in Bel Air Hills Association.
