We're Looking for You!

BAHA is a volunteer association and we rely on our neighbors to get involved. We’d love for you to join us! There are lots of ways to be involved and we’re actively looking for those who might want to join our board next year. Wondering what we do?

• Serve as a liaison to the city for our 900+ neighborhood families, dealing with traffic, safety and other issues
• Organize neighborhood social events such as the Holiday Lights Gathering, Fall Festival, Annual Party and periodic young kids activities/parties
• Promote responsible building and safety throughout the neighborhood, including enforcing neighborhood CCRs (covenants, conditions and restrictions primarily related to setbacks)
• Provide security cameras on Roscomare (more cameras in other key areas may be added based on neighborhood support)
• Work to ensure our neighborhood is prepared in the event an emergency strikes
• Do neighborhood beautification including landscaping at Roscomare Circle and at the north entrance of Roscomare at Mulholland
